Hi, Everyone! Welcome to ButtercupNeo! I'm going to tell you how ButtercupNeo came to be. Well, One day I was sitting here at home on the computer thinking how cool it would be to start my own guild. I thought, "How hard could it be?". I started my own guild and named it Hope's Desires. After the success of running a guild, I thought that I wanted to do something constructive. I thought, "I wonder if I can learn to make graphics?". I started messing around with paint and then I thought, "How cool would it be to have my own website?". So, I discovered freewebs.com. How cool to have my own site for free! Then I thought that I should fill the site full of graphics, and things like glitters so I went and looked for tutorials and here I am.
